Our Services

Take advantage of our unique walk-in service. Save the cost of a service call, and bring your machine to us. Contact us to let us know when you are coming, and we will reserve a bench space for you. If possible, your equipment can be serviced while you wait. If not, we can provide a loaner after you drop off your equipment for service.

Contact us and book a service on-site at a time that works for you. A technician will come in to inspect and test your machine on the spot. You can contact us via our Contact page by sending an email with the details. A representative will reach out within 24 hours and schedule you accordingly.

Set an annual inspection frequency you are comfortable with, and we will reach out each year to schedule your service. For circumstances where a written contract is required (i.e medical study), we have standard contracts available.

First on site, first on bench service is available at an additional cost of $100-200 dollars, depending on location and emergency status.

We accept all major credit cards, cheque, EFT, and e-transfer.

We warranty our work, and as such all invoices are due upon receipt.

For credit card payments, call in to (905) 890-8500 to process at point of sale.

For cheques, confirm prior to servicing.

For EFT, let us know and we will send you our details.
